CNC Machine

  

Rack Pinion CNC (PRC) is a complete vacuum system with 200 m2/h pump under license of Germany's Siemens Company. Controller of this device is capable of receiving  complete maps of cutting and groove from standard mapping softwares directly and is designed for controlling and command.  
Features of this device include: Performing basic editing, setting starting point, determining the direction of track cutting & groove, free direction's movements during cutting, the possibility of sudden change in speed during cutting operation, automatization cutting by defining shear and non-shear lines, slowing down the speed in the fast bolts, automatic matching of map on crude sheet, reporting and automatic factor as well as automatic optimization of parts.
