Aluminum Composite Panel

Cover of building frontage with large and small aluminum panels in desired dimensions and sizes to the thickness of 4 mm consists of two layers of aluminum sheet and interior core of polyethylene or minerals anti-fire materials and coating surface made of resin, PVDF, idiomatically is called (Aluminum Composite Panels).

Systems of Composite Sheets Installation:
FIX System(fixed)
In this system, sheets are connected to the iron structure by screw and rivets and edge in a fixed position.
Hang System (Rail):
In this method, composite sheets after cutting and assembling, boot-shaped tracks are done over them and then are installed on the aluminum rails and possibility of harvest of each panel individually is provided.

  • Designing of Phase 2  by of experienced staff consist of engineers
  • Use and using the latest technology to produce sheet, including cutting and groove with CNC machines
  • Run the various systems of installation (fix, Hang and ...) Due to special building circumstances
  • Rolling by rolling machine, three meters in length and sheet pressing machines for specific forms
  • Sealing by specific Akam Gostar Kish (AGK) material including rubber seam scheme, special adhesives, belts, etc.
  • Pre-produced stiffeners are used to prevent distortion of large modules and implementation of sheet suspension systems on the facade   
  • Controlling project by accurate instrument during implementation stages
  • Using polyethylene welding and side processes in special circumstances

Stages of design, implementation and installation:
1. Initial design of project (three-dimensional-3D) with the employer proposal and the architect viewpoint in consideration of existing exterior situation and the ability & sheet glass.
2. Current status of the building is harvested by using the advanced cameras and its data is drawn as a three-dimensional drawing & is delivered to design studio. As such, actual existing status of building is provided on the base of coordinates and all the existed elements are punctuated.
3. Design studio with available information provides best solutions for covering unbalance & unrolling of structures and also to provide a suitable modulation for the façade and deliver them to the employer as shop-drawing maps. End of this phase of work is when the full productivity and employer satisfaction will be attracted.
4. Finally, the design team is in consideration of plans approved by the employer; prepare executive plans to start the work of sheets installation operations. These maps include infrastructure implementation maps and sheets, frameless, curtain wall and also maps of production and installation of sheets, frameless and etc.
5. Executive operations often begin with implementation and execute of façade foundation holder belts and then continue by installation of iron and aluminum profiles.
6. Composite sheets as half boxes are installed on the facade. For the preparation of these sheets, cutting operations from raw sheet, groove making , bending and assembly is done (nowadays, by using new technology and cutting & sheets grooves is applied  by CNC machines that increases the accuracy and speed in production of composite sheet).
7. After the production and sheets assembly, plates are installed in their place according to the type of connection system.
